I ordered from Sourced Craft Cocktails because I thought it would get here in time for the weekend, but that definitely didn’t happen. It didn’t even ship when they said it would, and I barely got any updates unless I went digging for them myself.
By the time it finally arrived, the event I needed it for was already over. Super frustrating and way more stressful than it should’ve been. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date.

The drink selection felt limited, like it was mostly the same few options over and over. I also tried reaching out about it and ended up in a bit of a support loop, getting passed around without a clear answer, which was frustrating.

The drinks were fine, but I was disappointed by how little I could customize. I went in thinking I’d be able to switch up flavors or ingredients, and instead it felt like every small change turned into this weird little stressful back-and-forth. If you’re happy ordering exactly what’s on the menu, it’s probably okay, but if you like tweaking your drink at all, it’s kind of frustrating.

I tried making one of the cocktails, i wasn’t totally sure I was following it right. The steps didn’t really make sense to me in a few places, so I ended up guessing a lot. Maybe I misunderstood the instructions, but it definitely felt more confusing than it needed to be

The cocktails were fine, but for what showed up, I questioned the value a bit. They weren’t bad, just didn’t feel like the quality matched the price. Cool concept, but unless it was cheaper, I probably wouldn’t order again...

My cocktail kit finally showed up, and right away I noticed it was missing a few of the things it was supposed to include. Couldn’t even make the drinks properly, which was frustrating after waiting for it. i made up my mind fast, I won’t be ordering this again.

It was fun enough and I’m glad I checked it out, but some parts were just awkward online. A few moments flowed well, then others felt like they were run by total amateurs trying to figure it out as they went

As someone who really likes to stay organized when planning events, this was frustrating. We reached out for help, but the replies were slow and it felt like we were left to figure a lot of it out on our own. I was hoping for more guidance and support

I really wanted to like these because they sounded good, but the weird part is they just didn’t taste like proper cocktails to me. Most of them had this odd syrupy thing going on, plus a strange aftertaste that kind of hung around.

For the price, I expected something a lot better. Instead, they reminded me more of a cheap pre-mixed drink you’d grab off a low shelf than anything that felt thoughtfully made.

Maybe this is just the style and some people are into it, but I couldn’t even finish a couple of them. Overall, disappointing and I wouldn’t order them again...

I mix drinks for work, so maybe I went in with higher expectations, but wow, this was disappointing. The recipes felt super unbalanced, way too sweet, and like nobody really thought them through. The instructions were also so thin that I kept thinking, “Wait, that’s it?” It might be fine if you’re brand new and just want something simple, but if you have any real bar experience, I’d skip it. I wanted to love it, but it just made my bartender soul hurt a little.

I tried it once i’m not sure if I just had my hopes too high or what, but I was disappointed. For the price, I expected the whole experience to feel a lot smoother than it did. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel worth it, so I probably won’t be ordering again.

My order didn’t arrive when it was supposed to, and the tracking really didn’t help much. I kept checking for updates, but it never felt clear what was actually going on.
I was excited to get it, so the delivery issues made the whole experience frustrating, if that makes sense. I’m not sure I’d order again unless the shipping becomes more reliable.

My box showed up and a few things just didn’t seem right. The herbs were wilted, and the citrus had that slightly off smell, which was not what I expected. I was making drinks with it, so I ended up tossing some of the ingredients instead of using them. Maybe it was just my order, but it was still disappointing.

I reached out because I was having an issue, but it never actually got resolved. At first support responded, then they just stopped replying altogether. It felt like I was being ignored, and I’m still stuck with the same problem...

I ordered this because I thought it would make a nice gift, but when it showed up, I felt a little underwhelmed. The item itself might be fine, but the packaging was really plain, and to me it didn’t have that special “something” I like when I’m giving someone a present.
For the price, I personally expected it to look more polished and ready to hand over without needing extra effort. I’d probably be okay buying it for myself, but I wouldn’t choose it again as a gift for someone else.

Yeah, the packaging showed up crushed, and it was leaking a little bit too. Not exactly what I was expecting, honestly.

I tried using the site a few times, but the menus kept glitching on me and the checkout process was sorta confusing. After a while, I just gave up.
